on the multiple investigations surrounding former President Trump here in Manhattan, a lull in the action as the grand jury weighing charges in the DA's hush money probe is not expected to meet today. But there are significant developments in the special counsel's investigation into Trump's role in the January 6th riot. I witness news reporter Chate Lans live in our newsroom now with more. Good morning Chate. Good morning Ken. A federal judge has ordered former vice president Mike Pence to appear in front of a grand jury in a different case involving the former president sources tell ABC News that Pence must now testify before the grand jury investigating Trump's attempt to overturn the 2020 election. Sources say Pence will be asked about conversations he had with Mr Trump leading up to the January 6th riot.

Both Pence and Trump made legal efforts to limit his testimony. Meanwhile, in the Trump hush money investigation, the grand jury isn't expected to vote on an indictment until at least next week. The jury won't meet again until tomorrow and it's even unclear if they'll discuss this case. The last person to testify was the ex publisher of the National Enquirer, David Pecker. He's allegedly helped broker Trump's $130,000 hush payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels. While all of this is happening, a woman protesting in support of Donald Trump, you could see her there was arrested by court officers for pulling out a knife on a pedestrian she was arguing with. That's all happened yesterday outside of the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

39 year old Angela Rucker of Alaska was charged with menacing criminal possession of a weapon and harassment. There are a lot of moving parts. The three main investigations that you want to know that they're looking into is possible. Stormy Daniels hush money Trump's efforts to overturn the election and into his handling of classified documents after leaving office. Ken and Shirley.
