More than 7 tons of contaminated soil, 1M gallons of water evacuated from Ohio train derailment site



New at 10, Norfolk Southern officials have released details on what's been found at the site of that train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio. They say 7.5 tons of contaminated soil and more than 1 million gallons of contaminated water have been excavated. Tomorrow medical clinic opens for residents. Some people have complained of headaches and a burning sensation to their skin. Earlier today, Norfolk Southern gave residents $1,000 checks for reimbursement of any derailment related expenses. The EPA will be back in East Palestine tomorrow.
