4-day work week study finds higher job satisfaction among workers

Welcome back everyone. You've heard of the four-day work week concept. While the results are in from a UK pilot program, the six-month pilot program involved about 2900 workers in 61 companies who agreed to let their employees work four days a week without a pay cut. Now many of the study participants reported higher job satisfaction, lower rates of burnout, and less work-related stress. The results also showed most of the companies involved reported no drop in productivity. All around the world, across many industries, we're finding that this model can work. It's a step in the right direction to find a way to have a more sustainable life and a life that's more worth living.

Well, 92% of the companies that took part in the study have decided to keep that four-day work schedule. It sounds like a plan to me.
