King Charles the third has been formally crowned the United Kingdom's monarch in a ceremony that Britain has not seen in Seven decades the ceremony took place in Westminster Abbey in London early this morning Now this will be the only time that the king will wear that particular crown since it is reserved for the coronation of a new monarch The historic moment was met by the ringing of Westminster Abbey's bells as well as gun salutes that were fired from 13 locations across the United Kingdom.
