President Biden shares goals for 2023 while in Baltimore

The three day event now underway with Democratic leaders from across the nation here in Baltimore to discuss their agenda. People over politics. That's the theme of the House Democrats 2023 issues conference, bringing the party together to learn from and listen to each other. The Democrats have rolled out a responsible blueprint for good governance. Democrats help to make sure that we can have a government that honors the needs of the people that it serves, a government that isn't afraid to be bold, but isn't willing to be reckless. Governor Westmore making remarks before President Biden took the stage. The president touting the party's work toward creating jobs and cutting costs for working families.

Folks, you all know how much we've gotten done, but a lot of the country still doesn't know it. That's why the big job in front of us is implementing the laws we passed so people start to see it in their lives, all the benefits that are there because you produced it for them. You stepped up and got it done. The conference devoted to policy topics that will move the party's agenda forward from reproductive freedom to growing the economy and safety, accountability and justice. Maryland representative, Kweezie Infoome, says things are headed in the right direction. Our job is to make sure now that we take a very basic and simple message back out to the American people, whether economic, social, institutional or systemic, the Democratic Party has plans. We have objectives and we have things that are in plain English designed to help everyday, hardworking Americans better their lives.
