Family Dollar employee accused of murder at west Phoenix store

the police arrested 24 year old Kevin Salas Madrid. According to court paperwork, Salas Madrid said he confronted a serial shoplifter who then punched him in the face. A witness says that's when Salas Madrid shot the man 10 times and kept firing after the man collapsed. Salas Madrid later called it the worst decision of his life. He's booked on second degree murder charges. He's been charged for killing a man.
