Arizona Supreme Court approves review of one election claim from Kari Lake

New tonight at eight o'clock, the Arizona Supreme Court has given Kerry Lake's campaign a glimmer of hope in the continued legal battle over the race for governor. Lake argues that election officials failed to follow the law when they declared Katie Hobbs the winner of the race. Before today, lower courts had thrown out Lake's legal claims. Now the state's highest court ruled Lake may still challenge the way the Maricopa County recorder verified voter signatures. Lake will now have another chance to argue that enough votes were affected to actually alter the election outcome.
