The Bachelor recap: Breaking down the drama in the Bahamas

Welcome back everyone. We were so busy celebrating our one year anniversary yesterday that we didn't even have time to talk about our bachelor recap. But don't worry because we are on it today. And here to break it all down is host of the podcast to bros and arose Brandon Smith. Hey Brandon, thank you so much for joining us again. Good morning and congratulations on your one year. Oh, thank you so much.

It has been a roller coaster ride. Well, we are so happy of what we've accomplished this year and thank you so much for your continued support coming back on and talking about all things bachelor with me. So let's dive into this latest episode mayhem craziness chaos. Okay, so one of the girls had gotten kicked off for being a quote unquote bully and we've seen that in the past also is this like a common theme for someone to get kicked off of a season. We got to have one bully in each season. Yeah, I mean, this is pretty common practice I guess what isn't common practice is kind of what it stemmed from right now the the the loud or I guess the secret that you're not supposed to say out loud is that you know you're on here for followers right and you know that's the dirty little secret of the show and you know that kind of got exposed between the women so yeah you usually don't you know hear about this being talked about on camera and things like that so you know, although we all know people on the show are you know probably happy to be on there for that reason I guess you're not really supposed to be able to say that with within your shot of other contestants. Oh my gosh what we won't do for follow.

Now I gotta ask you does the bachelor just get to make up his own rules because I feel like he was going back and forth on whether he should send this person home or not. And I feel like in a past season, the bachelor chose to keep the girl there who everyone was calling a bully. So does he really get to make up this rule or decide who stays and who goes. Of course right this is this is this is his love journey so you know he should be able to have some discretion on where he wants to keep but I guess you know to boil down to this specifically Zach. Everything we've seen from him and these first few episodes, he's been super genuine, been keep talking about when to see wanting to find his best friend so you know any type of hint of women doing this for the quote unquote wrong reasons. Yeah he's not having it. Okay so let's talk about this Bahamas group date okay I.

I'm not into going on the bachelor anything, but this is a competition show. To hear the girl saying that they made this pact that no one was going to steal the bachelor away for some alone time and things like that. I was kind of shocked because you are there to win to win this man's heart, not really into sharing him with other women what did you think about that. I mean it's good and dairy right people say a lot of things until you know feelings to get fell and and you know maybe a few extra drinks of drink and then you know whatever you said a few hours ago. I mean what about all that it's every woman for herself so yeah I mean, I think you know they meant well when they said that but you know as the journey continues, you know, as as to be expected, what happened. No rules and 11. Okay so let's do a quick check in who are who's at the top of your list who do you think is going to win after seeing this episode of this season.

And I knew you were going to say this again I'm still, I'm still up in the air because the few heavy hitters the few people he's had, you know some connections with left and I mean I guess you know the alley girl from a couple weeks ago is still strong but as far as a front front runner. It's, I'm still up in the air I can't I'm sorry I can't help you. No, I'm in the same boat because I just don't think anyone is standing out and like you said, the people who I thought he may be built a connection with he's saying home.
