Sentencing set for Harvey Weinstein

Well today, disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein could find out if he'll spend even more time behind bars. A judge is set to hand down sentencing today here in Los Angeles after a jury found Weinstein guilty on charges of rape and sexual assault. He faces up to 24 years in prison on top of his 20 years sentenced for similar crimes in New York. However, there's a chance that Weinstein may not even be sentenced and could get a new trial instead. Now that's because the judge will give Weinstein's attorneys the chance to argue for a retrial or a lesser verdict before she hands down a sentence.
