Multiple Dead, More Than 200 Injured In Latest Earthquake To Hit Turkey

time. We have an update to some breaking news yet another earthquake rotted near the Turkish and Syrian border. It was a magnitude 6.3 and this comes two weeks after two of the deadliest quakes in the country's history killed more than 47,000 people. Now new this morning at least six people were killed in more than 200 were injured from yesterday's quake search and rescue efforts are now underway as six buildings have collapsed trapping several people inside. The latest quake occurred just 114 miles southwest of the epicenter of the date of the devastating earthquake that struck on February the 6th. Now shortly after Turkey's president had declared a three month state of emergency.

It is just so heartbreaking to see and you know to have such a sizable earthquake happen after what they've already been through and also the aftershocks with the two initial earthquakes that happened around February 6th. Those aftershocks were very large and so the whole region has just been very unsettled for the last couple weeks. Yeah and we will likely continue to see some additional aftershocks as well.
