**Changing Constitutional Amendment Requirements**
For more than 100 years, Ohio has required a simple majority to pass a constitutional amendment. A yes vote on issue one will raise that threshold to 60%. It would also require consensus from all of Ohio's 88 counties. A no vote will keep the threshold at 50% plus one vote in half of Ohio's counties. So this is an attempt to in November to vote statewide on how Ohioans feel about women's right to bodily autonomy.
