business report Disney is planning to merge Disney Plus in Hulu into a single streaming app by the end of the year. And what are the closing costs to purchase a home right here in Connecticut? HSBC Bank downgraded the company saying it may not be getting the brand culture right as it employed a transgender activist to promote Bud Light. Now nationwide retail sales of the brand were down 23% compared to a year ago. That's going to bump Williams consulting and Nielsen IQ data. Well Disney is losing billions on its streaming service so it's undergoing a rethink. CEO Bob Iger says it will be combining Disney Plus and Hulu into one platform including programming from both by the end of the year.

It will also raise the price of the ad free plan which currently costs $10.99 a month and stocks closed mixed yesterday inflation for April at the consumer level was less than expected.
