King Charles Toasted to Grandson Archie on His 4th Birthday | PEOPLE

King Charles reportedly raised a glass to his grandson, Prince Archie, on his fourth birthday. According to the Daily Mail, it all went down at a private family lunch on Saturday following the king's historic coronation at Westminster Abbey. And what his source told the outlet was apparently a very sweet moment, the newly crowned king toasted those that weren't there and wished Archie a happy birthday, quote, wherever he was. This came shortly after Archie's dad, Prince Harry, departed the UK to head back to California where he lives with his wife, Meghan Markle, their now four-year-old son, and their daughter, Princess Lillibut, who turns two in June. The Duke of Sussex was not invited to join his father or brother, Prince William, when they and many other members of the royal family stepped out on the iconic Buckingham Palace balcony following the crowning ceremony. Instead, Harry traveled to the airport just hours afterward. Buckingham Palace announced in April that Harry would attend the crowning ceremony and Meghan would not.

And it was previously reported that he did not plan to stay long. As for Archie's celebration, a source told People in April that his birthday party would be low-key at the family's home.
