Tiger Woods’ girlfriend seeks to nullify NDA with pro golfer

Tiger Woods faces a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman over a non-disclosure agreement. The suit is filed in Martin County. Herman argues the agreement should be declared unenforceable under the Federal Speak Out Act. That law prohibits an NDA from being enforced when sexual assault or sexual harassment is involved. Herman's legal team says because of quote, aggressive use of the NDA, she is not sure whether she can disclose quote, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has.
