Taylor Swift fans appear in Los Angeles court against Live Nation, Ticketmaster l GMA

Now in GMA with the latest on that major ticking debacle for the rollout of Taylor Swift's Ares Tour, Swifties are not just going to shake it off, they are suing Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Mola Langy has that story. This morning, Swifties taking on Ticketmaster and its parent company Live Nation, descending on an LA courtroom, demanding change after that botched ticket rollout for Taylor Swift's highly anticipated Ares Tour. His many as 340 fans joining the lawsuit, alleging Ticketmaster intentionally misled them back in November and that the company engaged in fraud, price fixing and antitrust violations. Now, plaintiffs hoping to break up what they believe is a monopoly, demanding $2,500 for each violation. The tickets are so overpriced that the average person is going to be able to go anymore. During a Senate judiciary hearing in January, Live Nation apologizing for the frustrating ticket rollout that attributed to a high volume of bot attacks.

We apologize to the fans, we apologize to Ms. Swift, we need to do better and we will do better. But the CEO saying at the time they're not responsible for setting ticket prices or for service fees attached to venues. Well hey there GMA fans, Robin Roberts here.
