Preventing future train derailments after Ohio crashes

Also tonight the NTSB has opened a special investigation into Norfolk Southern Railway. They're looking into the company's safety practices and culture after a series of recent train derailments including the East Palestine and Springfield crashes. Clean up is ongoing at both sites and it could be for years to come in East Palestine.
