Kim Jong-un wants to increase nuclear arsenal

We're back now at 5-53 with a look at some of this morning's top stories. State media in North Korea reports a new demand from dictator Kim Jong-un. He's calling on North Korea's military to increase the country's nuclear arsenal. Kim made a similar request last year. And such, saber-rattling from North Korea often happens when the U.S. and South Korea hold joint military drills which they're doing this week.
