UT Austin researchers help develop anti-dust technology

University of Texas researchers could be on the brink of getting rid of one of the most hated household tasks, and that's dusting. Researchers have come up with a new way to keep dust from sticking to surfaces. The team created a new kind of flat surface with tiny pyramid shaped structures, which make it hard for dust particles to stick. Now, with this method, those particles stick to each other and roll off of the material. In testing, this method only left about 2% of the surface dusty compared with over 35% with regular flat surfaces. Yes, please. Yeah, that's good.
