Snowstorm moving from Midwest to Northeast, flight cancelations | FOX 13 Seattle
Not only are we the ones waking up to some freezing temperatures this week, winter storms are also expected really from coast to coast. Hitting the Midwest yesterday, Nebraska got snow, Iowa, Wisconsin expected to reach the northeast by the end of the week. Some parts of the country is seen up to three feet of snow. You know the National Weather Service sharing this map in fact, predicting some conditions. This is through Friday. They expect the worst hit areas to be the Midwest and also the Southwest U.S.
actually. Look at that. These storms already having an impact though on flights at SeaTac Airport. 50 flights have been canceled. 37 more have been delayed. Most of the canceled flights being on Alaska and Horizon Airlines as well. So we'll be tracking that.
