Phoenix Suns facing playoff elimination at home in Game 6 Thursday

Well, just two weeks ago, fans in Phoenix got to watch the Suns close out a playoff series at home for the first time since 2007. But tomorrow night, fans could see the Suns eliminated from the playoffs on their home court for a second straight year. You probably could learn stuff from being eliminated and clenching. Those are things that I think you can take from both situations. We have a lot to digest based on the five games we've played, and I think that's enough for us to apply to tomorrow. The feeling of that game seven beat down at home by the Mavericks last season still fresh on a lot of our minds, but not the Suns. They don't revisit that moment from last year, and players like Kevin Durant and Jock Landale weren't on this team then.

The fellas are just focused on getting a win to push this series to a decisive game seven on Sunday. There's no one who necessarily had a great game yesterday, but I think that we can control how tough we are tomorrow night, and we will do that. So we've run through the corrections, we know where we need to be better, and now it's just about going out there and doing it. Phoenix's season is on the line tomorrow night. In game six at Footprint Center, tip off is set for seven o'clock. With the Suns in Phoenix, Lena Washington, 12 sports.
