Arrest warrant issued for rapper Kodak Black in Florida

South Florida rapper Kodak Black has a warrant out for his arrest in Broward County. The affidavit says the rapper, whose real name is Bill Capri, violated the conditions of his pre-trial release. Authorities say earlier this month he failed to take a random drug and alcohol test. Then five days later, he took it and tested positive for fentanyl. Capri was arrested last July after troopers pulled him over and found him in possession of 31 oxycodone pills and $74,000 in cash. Officials say he was also driving with an expired license and tag.
