Ukraine says counteroffensive delayed; Britain sending cruise missiles to Kyiv

Ukraine now says it is putting plans for a counter offensive on hold. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that he believed the attack would repel Russian forces but it could cost Ukraine too many casualties. Zelensky says he is now waiting until more equipment arrives. The UK has sent cruise missiles to Ukraine to help bolster its weaponry and hit targets deep behind the front lines. And Ukrainian troops are now getting Western training.
