Disney+ and Hulu to combine into one app for US subscribers by end of year

Pick changes in the streaming world, the Walt Disney Company announcing plans to make Hulu content available via the Disney Plus app for US subscribers by the end of the year. Disney CEO Bob Iger made the announcement during today's quarterly earnings call. In an email to employees, Iger called the move a logical progression of the company's direct to consumer offerings.
