17-year-old Justina Stubbe identified as Chico mass shooting victim

We're learning more about the Chico mass shooting that left one dead and five injured at a party early Saturday morning. The 17 year old woman killed is being identified in a GoFundMe page as Justina Stubbe from Oroville. The gunman opened fire from a vehicle at 3.30 a.m. Chico police say the suspect has not been caught and they still don't know a motive for the deadly attack. A memorial is set for tonight to honor the life of Justina Stubbe.
