Nevada is joining in on a multi-state federal lawsuit against the FDA. It accuses the FDA of singling out a popularly used drug used in abortions. States argue Muffa Pristone is being targeted despite ample evidence that assure the drug is safe. Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford saying in a statement, the FDA's regulations regarding the drug do not protect those seeking abortions, but they do make reproductive health care harder to access.
