Butler, Blanchett win big at BAFTAs

Austin Butler. Yeah, this is truly extraordinary. Thank you all so much. Thank you BAFTA for this tremendous honor. To my fellow nominees, I'm in awe of you. I am so, so grateful for all these times that we've been able to spend together. Kate Blanchard.

Thank you so much, BAFTA. This is extraordinary. I likewise didn't prepare anything because it's been such an extraordinary year for women. I mean, as you've seen in those clips, all of my fellow nominees, the conversation with all of you off the screen and on the screen, nothing short of remarkable and we know that we're just the tip of the iceberg. The band, She's of Inni-Shell. Wow. Thank you BAFTA for this British film award.

I know every Irish person in the cast and crew are kind of going, best what award? But. All Quiet on the Western Front. We've been blessed with so many nominations and winning this is just incredible. All Quiet on the Western Front tells a story of young men who poisoned by right-wing political nationalist propaganda, go to war thinking it's an adventure. And war is anything but an adventure.
