Boy, 6, who shot teacher in Virginia once choked another teacher, according to legal filing #shorts

The latest on the case of that little six-year-old boy who shot his teacher at a Virginia school. According to a new legal filing, an attorney for that teacher, her name is Abby Zwirner and she survived. Her attorney says the shooting was preventable and the child had major behavioral issues, including, at one point, choking another teacher. The child allegedly broke Zwirner's cell phone just two days before the shooting, but only received a one-day suspension. Zwirner's attorney says she intends to sue the local school district.
