3 Students Killed on Michigan State Campus

At least three people are dead and five others injured after a shooting at Michigan State University. Officials say 43-year-old Anthony McRae entered the campus with a weapon on Monday evening. According to authorities, two people were killed in the Arts and Sciences building and another inside the Student Union. McRae was located about five miles from the university's East Lansing campus. It was a tip from this surveillance photo that led officers to him. Police say he shot and killed himself during the confrontation. No details have been given about the type of weapon used in the shooting.

Authorities say McRae had no ties to Michigan State University and police are investigating the motive. The school has canceled classes and activities for at least the next few days. To honor the victims, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer ordered flags in the state to be lowered to half staff. This is Inside Edition Digital.
